After the leaked information, Canon has finally officially launched the duo EOS M6 Mark II and EOS 90D in two different segments for camera enthusiasts. In particular, the EOS M6 Mark II is a mirroless camera series designed with an all-new APS-C sensor that offers the best user experience.

32.5MP APS-C CMOS Sensor

The Canon EOS M6 Mark II is equipped with an impressive high-resolution 32.5MP APS-C CMOS sensor capable of producing images with remarkable clarity and dynamic range. Its APS-C format is large enough to control the depth of field but is also small enough to allow the M6 Mark II and its lenses to be hand-held and perfectly balanced. The sensitivity has been extended to 25600 when shooting handheld and with low noise that allows operation in undesirable lighting conditions.

Every moment is captured in time

With the ability to shoot quickly, the Canon EOS M6 Mark II is really the ideal model for you to capture every moment and not miss a chance. The M6 II can capture images of 32.5 megapixels up to 14 frames per second, with continuous autofocus capability. Besides, it also has the ability to track moving objects around the frame and capture extremely detailed series of photos when the time is right.

The EOS M6 Mark II can capture 18 megapixxel RAW files at an amazing 30 frames per second with continuous focusing capabilities. The pre-capture technology continuously records 0.5 seconds of action before you press the shutter-release button completely, so you’ll always get the special moment and versatility of RAW files. Meanwhile, the large buffer and UHS-II card support allows 54 frames in JPEG format and 23 frames in RAW format or 36 in CRAW.

Dual Pixel CMOS AF focusing system

The Dual Pixel CMOS AF system has 5481 selectable autofocus points for precision, so you can fine-tune your images easily. This focusing system provides smooth and fast focusing performance similar to how a camcorder focuses. When working with still images, this focusing system works to focus quickly and accurately, so photos are always of extremely high quality.

In addition, the Canon EOS M6 Mark II also has support features and modes so you can focus accurately and use it easily. The Touch AF feature allows you to focus by touching the touch screen directly, so you can select the object you want to focus on easily.

Touch screen

The Canon M6 II is equipped with a 180° tilting touchscreen that allows you to get more comfortable, creative shooting angles. Meanwhile, the electronic viewfinder is removable so you can take it with you everywhere, ready for every moment. The HF-DC2 electronic viewfinder has a resolution of 2,360,000 dots and 100% coverage to provide color, brightness and extremely sharpness so that you can be sensitive and capture quality photos.

Wireless Connectivity

The M6 Mark II has built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi that allow you to share photos quickly and easily through a smart device that has the Canon Camera Connect app. Not only that, you can remotely control the camera, review what is displayed on the screen, adjust settings, change the shooting mode without being near the camera. Images can also be synchronized with a smart device or PC/MAC at home.

The Canon EOS M6 Mark II is expected to be officially available at the end of September with two black, silver color versions, and the starting price is $ 849.99 for body, $1099.00 for the body with the EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5.-6.3 IS STM and EVF-DC2 kit, and $1349.00 for the body with the EF-M 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM and EVF-DC2 kit.
